Perfect lil spot to relax! I'm from out of town and I googled them and HAD to go. The barista was kind and offered a great drink recommendation which after, we sat and relaxed in an atmosphere not commonly found anymore. Kudos on the "Pay it forward meal board" too!!
The atmosphere is fantastic! You can feel the love in the building as soon as you enter the establishment. Highly recommend. Not to mention, how awesome the food is, all kinds of varieties of teas, coffees, pastries and much more!!
Such a great place, with excellent service and drinks, but on a lovely 75 degree day in May it was 83 degrees inside. 😬 Stagnant air and completely unnecessary heat are not conducive to focus or conversation. I even had a tank top on but I only lasted 30 minutes before retreating to Java's only 6 minutes away, where the environment is kept comfortable, and the place much more spacious and visually appealing . I've been coming here 5 years-- if they think 83 degrees is reasonable I'm going elsewhere. To each their own.
I ordered an egg, cheese and ham on an everything bagel, and the sandwich was very tasty! Served with a generous amount of Canadian bacon and the bagel itself is also very good. I'm no food critic but it's one of the best bagel sandwiches I've had recently. I also ordered an ice vanilla coffee. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for this type of establishment. Very welcoming atmosphere.
I moved here last year. The environment, the people and customer. The coffee, Teas, snacks, and sandwiches. The mood in this place helped me create whether that be writing, reading or drawing. Also, very good date spot for anyone that loves Tea or Coffee. Very safe for us LGBTQIA+ The owner is a sister! Amazing vibes I love it I come here twice a week.
Great coffee shop in the South Wedge. The service was quick and welcoming. They have good food, and they use Canaltown Coffee! The shop has a good listing of resources for those seeking help, too. This isn't a shop for those who don't believe in equality for ALL, though I hope that population is near extinct. It's a grade A place.
Iv been in a few times and every time is a treat! I love the atmosphere, the employees are so nice and the food and drinks are amazing! I get a vanilla latte with extra vanilla and a baked good. I love bringing family here when they come to town to visit!
Great coffee shop. if you're looking for a place for a good cup of coffee or even tea it's a great place to feel warm and fuzzy. They are very diversity friendly and their matcha latte and wrap was very tasty!
The staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious. The Decor was homey, but it definitely needs some minor improvements such as fresh stain on the floor. Looks a bit shabby. Especially since the walls look recently painted. That aside, I love the subtle touches like the cute changing password for the WiFi and the tip suggestions. I think they should go all out with humour. Definitely a great safe haven for the lgbtq+ community. Must check it out if you’re visiting the area.
The atmosphere here is so cozy. It truly feels like a safe haven where everyone is welcome. The cinnamon hazelnut iced coffee was SO good! I can't wait to return here! The staff is amazing, the vibe is amazing, the coffee is amazing... No complaints here!
